Bi-State Appliance Service LLC was founded in 2012 in New Milford, New Jersey. Our technicians bring 25+ years of hands-on appliance experience to kitchens and laundry rooms across North Jersey and Rockland County, New York.
We are licensed and insured. Technicians are EPA-certified. The job is the same whether the machine is a daily-driver washer or a built-in column: figure out what’s actually wrong, say so plainly, and fix it when a visit is the right call.
Integrity is not a slogan here. We say what’s actually going on, plainly.
When we do come out: service call $150 + tax, and a parts and labor warranty. Same-day or next-day service is the aim.

Partnerships
Authorized servicer for LG and Electrolux/Frigidaire. Warranty partners: American Home Shield and OnPointe Warranty. We have also partnered with LG, Electrolux, Frigidaire, Thor Kitchen.
If the appliance is under an American Home Shield or OnPointe Warranty plan, open a claim with them first. Then we can be dispatched as the servicer.
