    1.   Freezer Not Freezing Properly
          Check the temperature settings, ensure vents aren’t blocked and avoid overloading.

     2.  Frost or Ice Buildup
           Defrost your freezer regularly and check the door seal for leaks. Empty your unit and shut it off or unplug it for 24 hours.             

Plug it back in and turn it on. Check on it within 24-48 hours.

    3.   Water Leaks or Pooling
          Inspect the defrost drain and water lines (if you have an ice maker).

    4.  Strange Noises
        Make sure the freezer is level, and check that nothing is obstructing the fan or compressor.
